Since Spintropolis fails to supply us with a dedicated section for jackpot games, we don’t exactly know how many of them are available at the casino. Judging by the sister casinos that we already reviewed for you, you can expect to go looking for around 30 jackpot games. Chief among them is definitely “The Glam Life”, which is just about the only big jackpot that could win you a life changing amount.
There are a few Betsoft games available that feature jackpots, but you kind of have to know them to find them. Or you simply browse the entire games library. At least some of the jackpot games are marked as such.
Unfortunately the big NetEnt jackpots are currently missing from this casino and that’s a shame.

Once again already familiar with what Equinox Dynamic N.V. has to offer, we know what to expect with the customer service at Spintropolis. They’re also located in the Slovak Republic, meaning native English speakers are unlikely to answer the phone or live chat. The latter is available 24/7 and can get a little stilted because you won’t get native speakers on the other end.

As we have noted before, the casino does provide loads of information beforehand, even if some of it is not easily understood or a little convoluted. Conclusion: Not yet standing out from the crowd
Spintropolis is thus far a solid casino. It’s still too new for us to be able to give a final verdict. The makers have to prove themselves and players have to proclaim their satisfaction and desire to return. We’ve given it a thorough once-over, but only long-term experience with the casino can truly show us how it holds up.
We’ve made mention of all the things that are still flawed and could or should be improved. Give us a European license, introduce more jackpot games, improve customer services and add more variety in the promotions section.
